Icing on the cake was dealing and coordinating some outrageous buyer requests from the individuals who purchased the property at the end of the day. Alexine worked diligently and for many hours daily until we found the perfect lot. She created a line-up of possibilities and then set about digging, researching and digging some more. When we settled on the lot, Alexine made the process of purchase smooth and without stress. She is a strong negotiator. She went far above anything I have experienced before.
2) Sale
Alexine listed my property. She gave sage advice about the price I should be asking, and then created a beautiful package of documents, pictures and listing materials in anticipation of showing the property. Alexine sold the property in two days within one per cent of our asking price. She did all of this in the winter months and when few people were looking for condominiums.
Alexine is highly personable, capable, intelligent, knowledgeable of her market, and able to monitor and adjust for changing situations. She has shown her excellent understanding of market analysis, finding suitable properties, brochure and listing development, and skill in negotiation. Her communications skills are stellar.
